Progressive Overload Program GYM version
This is the 4 week progressive overload program GYM version.
In this program you will find strength training, High Intensity Interval Training, cardio, meal ideas, and tips to succeed.
This is a 4 week 5 day program.
Workouts typically last anywhere from 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours.
This specific plan is made for the gym. It requires: barbells, dumbbells, strength machines, cardio machines, and other exercise equipment that a gym has.
Progressive overload puts stress on your muscles that produces growth the more you increase your training overtime.
With this program we are going to maximize your strength and see more muscle definition while also reducing fat.
Each week you will be increasing either weight, reps and/or cardio to help your body build muscle and change your overall physique.
